Meet me at Motto Motto? Motto Motto is the new street food concept from the team behind LIMA Nikkei, the Antwerp-based Gault&Millau restaurant by Mayra, Luis and chef Diego. Motto Motto brings the flavours of Peru and Japan together in a fresh and colourful take on street food. Think signature poké bowls, Nikkei sushi rolls and bites made with Peruvian ingredients such as aji amarillo and rocoto, combined with Japanese techniques. Everything is prepared with the typical LIMA Nikkei mix: fresh, spicy, unique and delicious.
