Carnivore Corner - by De Laet & Van Haver x Hemmat Carnivore Corner brings the craft of butchery back to its essence. Luc De Laet and Peggy Van Haver stand for age-old, artisanal traditions that result in quality and healthy taste experiences. Meat is processed “from nose to tail”. At Wolf, Carnivore Corner has established a unique collaboration with cooking talent Matthijs, of Hemmat, previously present with a pop-up at The Jane. A tribute to meat in all its forms: perfectly cooked steaks, juicy ribs, and classic Flemish dishes like stew meat and vol-au-vent, complemented by sophisticated side dishes like crispy fries and homemade pickles. And of course, the Secreto 07 is not to be missed!
