Kaiju is an Asian sharing-food restaurant where Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai influences come together in carefully balanced dishes without getting messy! From spicy kimchi and noodles to creative fusion bowls, everything is designed to be shared and explored. Founded by passionate chefs who are present at both Hotel JAM Brussels and Hotel JAM Ghent, Kaiju combines a gastronomic vision with an urban, modern setting. The kitchen has already been recognized by Fooding and awarded a Gault & Millau HIP distinction for its innovative approach. The name Kaiju, Japanese for “giant monster” like Godzilla, reflects the bold, daring, and unforgettable dining experience: big in flavor, impact, and experience.
